CompTIA Security+ shows employers you have the necessary skills to perform core security functions, meet regulatory requirements, and pursue an IT security career. Security+ provides a hands-on practical skills approach to assess and address security incidents. Focus is placed on the latest techniques and trends for risk management and mitigation including: threat management and intrusion detection. The new Security+ certification covers the Junior IT Auditor/Penetration Tester job role, in addition to the previous job roles for Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, and Security Administrator. Security+ is compliant with ISO 17024 standards and approved by
the US DoD to meet 8140/8570.01-M requirements.

CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner 

CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) is a unique designation that is the only hands-on, performance-based certification focused on practitioners seeking an advanced skill set in the field of cybersecurity. CASP addresses the technical knowledge and skills required to conceptualize, engineer, integrate and implement secure solutions across complex environments to support a resilient enterprise. Unlike cybersecurity managers who focus on identifying where cybersecurity policies could be implemented, CASP certified professionals are tasked with implementing solutions within those policies and frameworks.

CCENT - Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician

The Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician certification is the first stage of Cisco's certification system and is an ideal starting point for many IT networking careers. The course covers basic networking knowledge ensuring you will understand how to install, manage, maintain and troubleshoot a small enterprise branch network, including network security. CCENT focuses on networking fundamentals, WAN technologies, basic security, routing and switching fundamentals, and configuring simple networks.

Contracts for the Project Management Professional

This course is designed to provide project managers with the working knowledge to confidently and competently understand the contractual commitments of the projects they are delivering. The course is designed to focus on the role of the project manager as a contract stakeholder.

With a focus on government contracting, this course addresses the legal and human factors around understanding contractual commitments and ensuring that projects are contractually compliant and delivered to what was negotiated.

Attention will be placed on the fundamentals around contracts and how to read them, understanding the different kinds of contractual clauses and why they are important, the impact of flowdown clauses, how to mitigate contracting project risk, how to identify contract red-flags, how to manage contractual expectations and stakeholders, how to address contract modifications, and how to build successful relationship to effectively deliver compliant services per the contract.



Project Management
Boot Camp

This boot camp is provided in two formats: (1) to provide preparation for certification for the  Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certifications or (2) for individuals not ready for the PMP or CAPM but looking to better understand applied project management in preparation for project management duties.

PMP/CAPM training boot camp addresses all of the critical project management concepts, principles and techniques needed to pass the PMP/CAPM exam. Through a combination of pre-study materials and expert instruction, individuals will be prepared to take and pass the PMP/CAPM exam. 

Non-PMP training boot camp will focus on all the key project management concepts, tools, techniques, methodologies and soft skills necessary to be a successfull project manager.   Practitioner trainers will provide real work experience and case studies to re-enforce key project management concepts and make them immediately actionable in the workplace.
