3. Star Jumps (don’t let your knees cave in as you land. Keep back flat)

4. Reverse Star Jump (pull up squeezing inner thighs, glutes core, and triceps as you hop up). And ALWAYS land softly!

All moves can be modified to either a step out to jack, instead of jumping to a jack. You can do a jump squat, or regular squat verses a jump tuck.
